I’ve been attending Jayne’s yoga classes for about one and a half years now and have found them to be incredibly beneficial, both physically and emotionally. Jayne is very inclusive in her style of teaching and really gets to know each of us. She creates a very friendly and supportive atmosphere and puts considerable energy into making sure we’re all included and accepted in the group.

I feel much stronger knowing that I can apply what I learn into my day to day life and feel calmer and more in tune with how my body works and myself as a result. As well as being so beneficial physically, the class is really affirming and I find the dynamics really positive and emotionally uplifting, which I am grateful for.

Jayne is very positive and upbeat and constantly shares things she has noticed in the week and useful information. Her humour plays a really important role in making the class fun and she really helps to build our skills and strengths in the long term, which makes attending regularly so beneficial. Yoga has become a high point in my week and I really look forward to going to class.

Yoga with Jayne is my moment of time out that I treasure and commit to weekly. It’s like having a date with that part of myself I would like to know and honour better. After attending class I feel the benefits throughout the week. I feel more aware and balanced. Jayne always has a thought, an idea, a suggestion that we can take home with us and work upon if we so wish. Jayne’s teaching method allows for each individual to try out and practice what works best for him/her, there is no rigid formula here. Jayne’s sessions are always a joyful moment.

I've been attending Jayne's classes for almost a year now which has coincided with a particularly stressful time in my life. The classes and the quiet time and space they have provided as well have allowed me to cope with this stress with more grace than I might otherwise have as well as to remain positive and forward focused. When I started the classes, one of my aims was to lose weight and I have since early March lost 25 lbs and counting. I also notice the improvement in my flexibility and core strength and have started practicing yoga at home as well as in class.

I've gained a lot from attending Jayne's yoga class. Firstly, her consistency throughout all her classes is really helpful, I feel like I've learned a lot of postures and movements which I've incorporated into my day to day life. I think Jayne's utter enthusiasm about yoga and all that's associated with it is totally infectious, even for the slightly cynical yogi - whilst I'm in class, Jayne makes it all make sense. One of the things I have really learned is to slow down. I always look forward to class it's never been one of those things I have to motivate myself to do. I think this is due to the totally nurtured feeling I get from attending. The care and attention Jayne bestows on everyone (new or old to the class) is always welcome, the pace of the class is very relaxing and of course, the relaxation itself at the end is always worth waiting for. Ironically the physical benefits are the last thing on my agenda when I go to class as I get so much out of it from an emotional and relaxation point of view. However, I do feel physically more supple and when I started I had a few problem areas which have definitely improved.

After class, I feel uplifted, clear, peaceful and grounded. Classes are deep and at the same time fun and light-hearted. It helps me, week after week, to become more independent, to know what I want from life and to be true to myself. I always look forward to class, it's a real treat!
